ABOUT US
Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation is a member-owned, nonprofit electric cooperative serving Eastern Kentucky.
Founded in 1940, Licking Valley RECC provides safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to approximately 18,000 members meters across eight counties, maintaining more than 2,121 miles of power lines across some of the region’s most challenging terrain.
As a cooperative, we are owned by the people we serve, and our employees are proud to live, work, and support the communities we call home.
Licking Valley RECC Board Meetings are conducted the third Thursday of each month.
