IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM LICKING VALLEY RECC
Now Operating at a Level 4 response level
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread across the state, we wanted to share with our membership steps that Licking Valley is taking to help protect the health and safety of our members and employees.
We will continue to monitor local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19. We will base our safety precautions on factual information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and local public health agencies.
We feel it is important to be proactive and not reactive regarding this disease. With that being said, LVRECC has developed a response plan that will help ensure our employees remain healthy so we can continue to provide reliable electric service to our service areas.
Licking Valley will not be disconnecting services for non-payment or low funds for a limted time but we eoncourage our members to keep thier bill current as much as possible to prevent a high bill being due at a later time. We will also work with our members on payment arrangments as needed.
Below is a listing of four (4) response levels and how these levels will impact our members. Additional steps will also be taken internally that are not referenced in this action plan:
Level 1 – Normal Business Operations
Level 2 – Increased sanitation of our offices. Disinfectant wipes/hand sanitizers available for members visiting the office. Asking members to limit office visits voluntarily, especially if you are sick (We offer a variety of ways to pay your bills: by mail, on line, by phone, drive thru, night deposit box. In addition, you can also start and stop service via our website). If you have any questions regarding these options, please contact our business office.
Level 3 – Visitors to the office reduced. All payments must be handled by the options listed in the Level 2 Status. Work/Service orders may still be processed in our business office.
Level 4 – Business office & Service Dept will remain open but closed to the general public.
Licking Valley is currently operating at a Level 4 status. We will notify the membership if/when a status level is changed.
